Procedure for Requesting Data

Data will be made available for secondary analysis no later than the publication of the main findings/reports. In all cases, the Center must protect confidentiality of information linked to the identity of research participants, either individuals or agencies. This includes overt identifiers such as names and addresses as well as information that can be used to deduce the identity of a responding individual or agency, which may include micro-geographic data. The Center will not share regulatory data related to licensure that is collected by the New Jersey Board of Nursing but analyzed and reported by the Center. Interested persons can request said data directly from the New Jersey Board of Nursing.
