S.1101 SHARE Act of 2025
- S.1101 SHARE Act of 2025 – States Handling Access to Reciprocity for Employment Act. This bill authorizes state boards of nursing to access FBI criminal records for the purpose of administering multistate licensure. The intent is to prevent technical delays and streamline the licensing process.
S.1482 National Nursing Workforce Center Act of 2025
