The New Jersey Collaborating Center for Nursing (NJCCN) has created the New Jersey Nursing Collaborative for Long Term Care. The Collaborative will deliver a Long-Term Care/Assisted Living Residency Program for both new RN and LPN graduates . This program is a 12-month online transition into practice program. The overall intent is to enhance new nurse retention and patient safety.
