An evaluation of NJCCN’s Acute Care Nurse Residency Program Collaborative, involving cohorts that began in 2022-2023, reported an impressive 89% one-year retention rate. The collaborative remains closely aligned with the national Vizient, Inc. benchmarks, continually improving nurse residents’ competence and confidence.
Many participating hospitals receive partial funding through NJCCN’s GAINS Grant, supported by the New Jersey Department of Labor & Workforce Development.
