12-Month Transition To Practice
NJCCN kicked off the APP Transition To Practice initiative on Oct. 31, 2024. This 12-month transition provides a structured framework and supportive learning environment. This program is designed to help APPs:
- fully integrate into an organization’s healthcare team;
- develop proficiency and confidence in practice;
- deliver optimal patient care
