             towards attainment of the stated measurement items/outcomes. Practices ethically to provide
             evidence-based  quality and  safe care  that recognizes  the individual’s  autonomy, dignity,
             rights, values and beliefs. Demonstrates life-long learning through self-reflection and inquiry.
             Communicates effectively in a variety of formats that promote understanding. Evaluates and
             maintains professional responsibility, accountability and behavior (ANA & NASN, 2017).
